perfect overall experience. functional hotel and private parking, marvellous and absolutely perfect location near to the metro station. neat & luxurious room, climate control and multi-channel television in there. comfortable bed, very very nice and incredibly welcoming staff. location close to the cafe and the center of madrid and the mall. a huge variety of food options relatively close to the venue.

The general areas were well-maintained and had a cozy atmosphere, perfect for relaxing and socializing with other guests. As a senior woman, I appreciated that the hotel had good accessibility, with wide hallways and comfortable seating in common areas, making it easy to navigate and rest during my stay.

I would have loved to see more activities or amenities specifically catered to senior guests. It would have been wonderful to have some organized leisure activities or excursions that were designed with our needs and interests in mind.

The location is excellent, as it is conveniently close to 24-hour establishments, the city center, Madrid, and the metro station.

Nothing that I didn't like.

I keep coming back here because the staff is friendly and helpful, they even gave me a cold drink when I was hot. The place has everything I need: Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, bar, restaurant, flat-screen TV. I'm coming back for New Year!

The bathroom in our room was quite small, making it a bit cramped and uncomfortable. The shower head also needed to be replaced as it sprayed water to the side instead of downwards.

I got great value for my money at Hostal Goyma II. The room was simple and cozy, just what I needed for a one-night stay before my flight. The location was perfect, right next to a metro station and in the center of a small town with plenty of restaurants. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. They even helped me order a cab to the airport for my early morning departure!

One thing that could make the breakfast better is if there were more options for breakfast items.

Hostal Goyma II was a great find for a one, night stay before our flight. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our check, in process smooth and easy. the location was convenient, with the metro station nearby and a taxi service to the airport just a call away. the room was clean and comfortable, and I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a larger room at no extra cost. it was a cozy and quiet stay that offered excellent value for money. Cons: It was all superb! 👌🏼.
